Gordon & David, Yes they will have to cover their illegal shorts. However, it can take a long time to force them to do so. I know of a couple of penny stocks, EUTO for example, where the battle has been going on for many months to force the shorts to cover their illegal shorting. Of course those companies don't have a Joe Murphy or his resources so sooner is possible. GO DCTC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bruce
