Milinda, I LOVE Sea Ranch and Gualala. Irish Beach is further up and looks real good. Monterey Bay and Tahoe are okay but have been mostly taken over by tourists and touristy things, and Tahoe is too far inland. A physician I once worked with was going through a rather bloody divorce and was going to sell me a piece of property in Sea Ranch for practically nothing, comparatively. He no longer wanted the property but neither did he want his ex to get her grubby, greedy hands on it (his words, not mine). Well, in the meantime, some things happened that brought about his departure from the hospital. As a result, we never did the deal. Secretly, I never forgave the medical director for the part he played in my deal of a lifetime falling through. Holly
