These are significant decreases.

Unfortunately what just happened is not uncommon with small caps. Obviously those 'in the know' had the opportunity to sell their shares over the past few months while the less informed small investors thought they were buying into a company with solid growth prospects and a low P/E.

Now we see that NovAtel was misrepresenting their financial condition. I wouldn't be surprised to see a class action law suit coming.

I'm really ticked that my GTC order was tripped by bad news. I thought I would have an oppotunity to pick up some shares cheap during the latest Nasdaq correction. Instead now I'm stuck with yet more shares of a worthless company.

I guess it's better to stick to mid and large-caps these days where there are less surprises.
