I agree with your points. I started watching CNBC a little over a year ago and I have learned a lot. I feel they are informative and give many points of view. The most important thing I have learned is to do your own research--it's not just watching CNBC that can make a person wealthy, IMHO.

I guess I would rather see the ads stress the informative nature of their network---not the idea that a person can become wealthy simply if they watch CNBC. I have no problem with the programming.

Sorry if I was unclear. I really am a fan of CNBC--it's on my TV from 8:00 am - 4:00pm M-F, when I'm home (although I don't watch it for that entire time--but the TV stays on CNBC during that time).
