Dear Thos:

Good work. You are correct. There are members of the Board, as it exists now, that would benefit in a number of ways if they would kindly assist you and the committee. For what its worth, hell, its the decent thing to do. They do have a first duty to those of us who voted them in? Their silence does them and us no favors. I'm ready to see them step up and help- let's back off and give them a chance! Thos: give us a report on who calls or writes giving you their support and let us know their position.

While you are clearing the air: I would bet that a number of us still holding shares, and probably a number of potentially interested people (and we have heard from one or two gutsy players)- might like a capsule summary on why we are still in this struggle. Many of us would press on - just on sheer principle. But there is a bonafide reason (or reasons) why we will remain "locked and loaded" to the end. Hopefully, you might find time this special weekend to provide that to your readers here. Additionally, it will bring the rest of us up current with developments as of this date. The liabilities (debts, etc.) have been discussed, maybe you ought to lay out the assets and potential assets that well justifies the struggle.

A happy, peaceful Easter Holiday, to all our friends here.

Good luck to us for next week!
