NucTrader, the companies with shallow jackup rigs are cheaper than a heavy duty jackup rig, although both can work in shallower water. Thus companies with shallow end jackup rigs will do better in the near term than heavy duty jackup rigs since demand in shallow water projects is holding up- That's what I believe it says...
