Marie your post on earnings/taxes does help.

The assumed tax rate by Volte is double what Parker/Hunter says the
actual rate for CGIX will be ie 10%. I guess this is the conservative
way of reporting. Not all are so conservative. Just look at the TLTK
case where all eearnings are tax free and there doesn't seem to be any
mention of it.

Looks like CGIX is very strong financially with over $2 per share
cash and no debt. I would think either they will use cash for an
acquisition or consider a stock buyback if stock doesn't rise
significantly in next year. No other reason to have so much cash.
