Kim,

I don't do a whole lot of posting anymore, but do follow the threads and am invested in several of the so-called Desert Dirts, including NAXOS. I have a question about the Ledoux fire assay procedure used on the last two press releases.

Is the procedure proprietary to Naxos or was it developed by Ledoux? In other words, if I sent a sample in to Paul and asked him to analyze it using "the same procedure he used on the Naxos samples from FL", could he do that? I realize that the procedure used on the Naxos sample may not be appropriate to my sample, but if I chose to ask, could he do it or does Naxos have "ownership" of the procedure?

Thanks for your response.

Alan
