Alan - I have no answer to your question. I do not believe we will fall below current levels tho, only my opinion here. We have people in this stock only as traders and after the quick buck. We will have to live with that for the time being. Once the company starts to report increased revenues and a maybe a profit (not this last qtr nor the next) but maybe Mar97 or Jun97 for the first profit, should be getting some indications on the next earnings report and the one to follow.

Alan - you need to read the letter that Mr Root wrote to the shareholders on the companys' Web page (www.ncivoice.com). This should answer most of your questions as to what the company is up to.

As far as price of stock goes, again the street is waiting for the the pudding. In the past, (former management) company would overstate expectations and then under achieve. Mr. Root is working on correcting that so the company will have some creditabity on the street. Be on the look out for reviews on the VoiceLink in PC Mags.
That will help to sell the products if the reviews are good, which I expect to be. Like I have said in the past, the Flashback was an expensive memo taker. The VoiceLink now makes the Flashback more then a memo taker.

Company still working on two other relationship that should be coming soon. Read the letter from Mr. Root.
