Well, I signed up bcause of the "free" trades, but found that with slippage, was paying far more than if I just ponied up the 20 per round trip. If I lose just 1/16th on a thousand shares, that's $62.50. Tag me at both ends of the trade and the "free" comission is $125. God forbid if the spread is more than 1/16. That was my experience with WebStreet.

Do your statements still come from US Clearing Corporation? That was the firm they used to clear when I was there.
