Floyd....Check out the "Management Team and Board of Directors" at www.siliscape.com This is where David B. got his ad hoc math on the number of cellphones in Y2K, and 15% using high information microdisplays.....but yes, you would think he might have mentioned it. With all those sterling VC Directors, why did Siliscape need cash ??? Who knows ??? Maybe they need our proven, reliable-supplier access to the cellphone OEMs. Whoever can put the display into the body of the phone may have a product. The optics appear to be the limiting form factor. Anyway, this appears to be a good fit, in both manners of speaking. North Dallas is Telecom Corridor. I am going to the first meeting of the North Texas Chapter of SID in a couple of weeks.....at TI, hosted by the Display Division. Enlightenment will surely follow. I've got to work on some other companies. This should keep the Thread humming, or Hmmmmm...ing for a few days. <G> mcd
