To Marilyn and All of interest in EPEA, The following is to give some idea of the depth of experience of the EPEA team. I will start with Bob G.Davis and then in no special order some of the key members. I feel great credit here should go to Mr. Davis in putting together this experience and plays strongly in my belief why EPEA will deliver in the end. First and foremost is Bob G.Davis,President and Chairman of the Board of EPEA,and who had the incite and drive to build what we all know as EPEA. Mr.Davis is a veteran aerospace engineer who started his career at the beginning of America's space programs at Cape Canaveral and has worked on the Minuteman Intercontinental Ballistic Missile [ICBM] Program for the USAF,Lunar Orbiter,Apollo and Space Shuttle Programs for NASA. Mr.Frank Zaccagnino, former Peacekeeper Site Chief and Test Conductor at Vandenburg AFB,CA for Martin Marietta. He is part of EPEA's Launch Operations for Eastern & Western Ranges. He was Launch Site Test Conductor in support of the first 8 Peacekeeper launches and maintained key positions in the next 22 launches,as he possesses experience on 30 0f the first 30 straight operationally successful Peacekeeper launches. [Of note here,Peacekeeper now has over 40 straight successful launches, which it very well could hold the world record,as no other rocket for any country has ever had so many successful launches with out failures] Mr.Edward Seissiger, past Peacekeeper Ground Launch Support Equipment Manager for Westinghouse, with over 30+ years experience in aerospace and all first 30+ launches,is EPEA's Ground Launch Systems Consultant. Mr.Craig Michell, former Chief of Test & Evaluation [T&E] at Vandenburg AFB,CA. For EPEA,he is the Director of Vandenburg Operations. With[T&E],his capacity supported the following launch operations: Peacekeeper,SICBM'S,the Re-entery Systems Launch Program, and the Titan Solid Rocket Motor Test Programs. His additional experience includes: Test Director for Chemical Release Observation on the Space Shuttle Mission STS 39 and the Command and Control of Satellites,Aircraft, and Ground Stations. Mr.Lawrence H.Post, former Manager of Program Development for McDonnell Douglas Commercial Delta,Inc. His experience includes key engineering and management assignments on the programs of Titan I & II Rocket Propulsion Systems, and the Delta Launch Vehicle. Mr.Wayne Hartke of the law firm of "Hartke & Hartke" is providing legal council and will coordinate all EPEA activities for the Washington,DC Operations, that include activities with the DOD/USAF and with the Dept. of Transportation. Even thou most are not young, I feel a lot better having people that have this on hands experience in these key positions for EPEA,than to have people just learning this very technical field, where there is no room for error,if success is to be and benefit us all in EPEA.
