I know what you mean. Most people that attend a majior denomination have a very limited knowledge of the bible. The bible schools are geared to teach the traditions of the denomination not the word of god. The lessions skip the meat and consentrate on the fill good fluf. That's why when someone asks a question that challenges the traditions of men they have been taught they attack out of lack of knowledge.
