In relational OLAP, there is no close second to MicroStrategy; Oracle could be considered as a remote second (or third) to Arbor Software which caters to a somewhat different market.

As to IPO date, it could be sooner or later. Once the paper work is in, the underwriters only need a few days to execute it. (I knew this from previous participation in @Home and Rambus).
