I'm not in good position to comment about glitches in the Malaysian systems. I no longer see the issues up close like you do, although I travel to KL frequently. I must agree with you on most counts. Things must improve. However, you know very well there are solutions to administrative glitches. Your recent highway episode illustrated a typical example. We both don't like it and don't condone it. Yet, it was a very practical way to solve a problem. You know very well that where you are, one tries to make a big problem into a medium-sized problem and a medium-sized problem into a small problem and a small problem into no problem. It seems to me that it is the reverse situation here. I'm not sure which system is worse.
