Zeev, my feeling is it could be something like 100million, that would mean dilution factor of 14, which is approximately where the stock price is right now... I found out that often, when companies do reverse splits they DON't refix the authorized shares, so in fact they are MULTIPLIED by the conversion factor. IF (!!) old authorized share amount were $10 million shares, new would be $100 million, after 1:10 reverse split.. best wishes CROSSY
