Crossy, the number of authorized shares is reversed split as well, however, since Rubin controls the voting power he can increase back the number of shares. It must be done formally, through an AGM or other share holders' vote however. If there were 100 MM share outstanding there must be 10 MM now, but that might have changed through the mechanism cited above.
