the facts support a SLIGHT rise in inflation and a rally in japan only if buying by MOF is linked to continuing deregulation and tax cuts (making citizen cuts permanenet ande droping corporate rates to 40 from 50%). if that happens, we could see the start of a japanese bull--without structutal change we will only see a slow rise.

the japanese bull market would start if hashimoto was thrown out of office and a reformer were to take over--he is a placater, not a man to push bold initiative.
