Ned: I agree the issue of permitting is of legitimate interest to more of us than the LPs. I'm not an LP but do have a significant amount of stock, and the health of the company is of great concern to all shareholders. I expect a press release in the next day or two, realizing that all releases must be run through the attorneys. I agree it gets down to credibility, but like many others on this tread, find it hard to believe that misleading or incomplete information would be disseminated after the process of the past year. That doesn't mean impossible, just unlikely. The proof of the pudding is still completion of sales. We should know something very soon. Regards, Carl
