The only way a restaurant can become and stay successful is by concentrating on the quality of it's food. The minute the public becomes turned off by the product, problems will develop. Costs on all items sold and/or used must be tracked precisely for all locations and made available for management review daily. Mr. Iacocca has invested a sizeable amount of time/money hoping this chain can become profitable. He obviously believes these things are not being taken care of properly, or he probably would have stayed in the shadows. However, Mr. Byron's take on Mr. Iacocca caused the old rugman's knees to fry. I don't think Lee is incapable of aiding the corporation just because he is 73+ years old, retired, famous.... I feel Mr. Byron had an axe to grind, plain and simple. rugman
