Jerome: Thanks for your thorough analysis. Because I am not in the hi-tech industry, it is hard for me to know the technology and product info. I hate to admit this but I have no knowledge of FULCF's and MSFT's search products. What I do know is the management and the basic fundamentals, and I have followed VRTY since its IPO and based on these limited info, I am invested in VRTY. Sure there are days when I think of dropping them after VRTY's recent retreat and after some of the other companies bottoming out (such as OCTL). But I will probably ride this thru, for the time being--with all these new alliances VRTY has been establishing in the past 2 months, I would think that VRTY will be able to pull it thru next 1/4 as well as subsequent 1/4s. Go
