To all: I was searching the SEC database to determine how SEXI could be quoted again. I found a reference to sanctions against a broker-dealer back in 1990 that violated this Rule 15c2-11. In the documentation it says that the broker-dealer must have an audited annual financial report on the company before they can file to electronically quote the stock. So ....... SEXI will not trade on the electronic OTC BB until a completely audited annual report makes it into the hands of a broker-dealer. I have seen references on this thread to SEXI trading on the BB starting Nov 5th. I'm not sure who posted this, but if true then the audit must be completed and available by Monday, Nov 4th. Anyone know how the new auditors are progressing ? Mike
