I would suspect that Mr. Yeros was in Chicago to deal with one of two things, and maybe both:

1) firming up whatever is going down in this big upcoming announcement

2) dealing with this ADRX lawsuit, since there are rumors of a high level informant

Either way, shareholders benefit.
