JDN, thanks for the answer. In terms of capital I understand they are negotiating a 5 million line of credit. More significant capital requirements would probably require issuing some equity, a more common practice for this type of company than debt financing due to the low asset base/perceived risk (look at the Balance Sheet of most tech companies, a very high percentage of them sport 0% long term debt.
