Dave, Your theory seemed very flawed to me. 1. Do you think that Wexford would have even worked with FAMH, if the financials did not match up with what was put out in a press release? I don't think so!!! 2. Do you think ATXI would sign a LOI with FAMH, if the financial information that they saw did not match up with what was put out in a press release. I don't think so !!! 3. Do you REALLY think that the "IRS" would deal with FAMH, if the financial information did not match up with what was put in a press release? I don't think so!!! I rest my case. ;-) Cheryl
