I don't believe that layer 3 switches will not hurt Cisco. They will be one tenth the price of current Routers and because of competition the margins will be much lower. Cisco makes very high margins (70% +) on their current Router products. I believe the savy investors are starting to recoginze this and are quitely unloading the stock.
