Ok now it's my turn to ask questions. Do you mean by the term jew the southern kingdom of the house of judah or the northern kingdom of the house of israel. Now at the time of christ the house of israel was not in judea. They were taken into captivity by assyria . Look at Jer.16:13-21. (1) " I will cast you out of this land." We know they were were taken into assyria. (2) " In to a land that ye know not " They were not to remain in assyria. (3) " niether ye nor your fathers." A land unknown , and as they were among the most, if not the most, civilized nations on earth, we are safe in saying it was a long way from there home, that they were to move on through the nations until they came into unknown regions. (4) " And there ye shall serve other gods day and night." pagans. (5) " it shall no more be said ,the lord liveth, that brought up the children of israel out of the land of egypt" They forget who they are. (6) " I will bring them again into their land." This punishment can not last forever. Prophecy must be fulfilled Gen 48:19 (7) " I will send for many fishers" jesus said to his disciples : " I will make you fishers of men." he also said to his disciples ;" Go to the lost sheep of the house of israel." (8) " And they shall fish them" So the definition of jew and gentile gets complex. I have to go now will be back latter.
