Dear Kevin, I'm a big fan of Lucent and therefore a big fan of yours. Congrats on working for such a company. As for the 401k, please consider running that information by a lawyer or at least a financial planner. There are plenty of laws prohibiting what you describe. Lucent cannot force you to sell AT&T and they cannot force you to buy LU. I hope that's just a misunderstanding on your part. CB
