I talked to Cheryl at Liberty. She said the same thing - there is no announcement concerning the cancellation of the S-3. However, she also stated that the company will attempt to suspend the S-3 for the near term in hopes of getting the stock price up. Bottom Line - no hard facts re: S-3...so I treat the matter as if the S-3 is still going through until official announcement.
