My God. William, you can't just go around accruing expenses for no reason, and you can't arbitrarily defer revenues. There's a thing called GAAP. You know this as well as anyone (I think). The deferred revenue is simply a result of the timing of cash receipts from customers. They probably collect in advance. It's no big deal. The accrued expenses could be anything, but it's not just a reserve. GAAP doesn't permit the recording of general reserves. Come on.
