Satish, insider selling seems to precede an earnings shortfall and news by about 6 months,like the hard drive makers. It would be hard for companies without earnings and any fundamental justification for anyone,including insiders to have a legitimate price target. That's why Darwinism,would be the only way to tell. This helped me to predict the crash of Hong Kong to within 2 weeks. Hiram
