Dear Pancho: Well, although I hate to do this they could always factor their receivables if they are not tied into the line of credit already. I would hate MOST OF ALL a secondary offering. That would very likely smash the stock down for possibly months and by then all the hoopla would be over. So lets just hope they have adequate working capital with the LOC you mention. JDN
