Dear Mark: I have forgotten Managements ownershio interest but it is small. Remember the Chairman and CEO was brought in a couple of years ago to engineer a turnaround. He did buy some stock outright and since has received options etc some of which he has exercised and sold to buy a house etc. The point I am trying to make is managements interest doesnt carry a lot of weight in TAVA. I believe that their are several entities that each own 5% or greater of the stock. TAVA's weakness IMHO has always been their big float. JDN
