I think the terms of use stand, but Jill is probably being more selective in how she enforces them in the Coffee Shop. Bad behavior on the stock threads that disrupts the flow of good information really can't be tolerated- so I suspect she will focus her attention there. The Coffee shop threads seem to be getting less government already- from what I have heard from whinees (those whom whiners have whined on). This is a good thing, imo.

But comments that are really out there, like the doggy one, are going to repel people and significantly diminish the respect people have for the author. In that sense I suppose it is a greater penalty to leave them up, so all the world can see what an idiot the poster was/is.
