Warthog,

There were 2.5 million shares that were issued to be used for the closing on Myriad. And we now know that no shares will be used for the Myriad acquisition. As far as I know these have not been cancelled yet.

Here is the press release on Myriad that mentioned the 2.5 million shares that are no longer need to close the deal.

I would assume that there were additional shares that were used for the Warren Temp acquisition.

The questions that I ask when additional shares are issued is, does the use of the shares add value to the company? And will it increase future earnings? And I think it is evident that Ira is growing the company through acquisitions and indeed adding a great deal of value to the company.

In my opinion, with all of the additional growth, FAMH could easily be 150 million dollar + company.
