Hi S.;

I wouldn;t ALWAYS assume there is something fishy going on. I guess we all need to be skeptics. I can only tell you that I talked to Jo at Liberty.

She said the company gave her permission to release the new information on the Convertibles...why not call her and report back to everyone. Thanks for checking though..I'm sure she can clear it up...she seems to be taking the lead on GBIT postings. At worst it was an honest misunderstanding on my part, but I think I have it right. Never hurts to check.

By the way, just curious, convertibles are done quite often as a way to raise money to fund acquisitions or projects that will greatly aid the bottom line....are you really that concerned about them? I wasn't.

If you ARE concerned about them, and if I had my facts wrong, please be specific as to why, and I or someone else can call the company to verify and/or alleviate your concerns. I know some view convertibles as a slight negative (others as a potential positive).

Regards,
Dave (Seattle Guru on Yahoo)
