KEN LIEBSCHER - CEO/Director

Ken, 54, brings 28 years of securities and executive management
with him to the Company. As a member of the Board of Directors, he
has extensive experience in the direction and management of the
operations of public companies and the oversight and supervision of
investments and administration of budgets related to oil and
natural resources projects. Mr. Liebscher is a graduate of St.
George's School, Vancouver, B.C. and also attended the University
of British Columbia. He is an international businessman with an
extensive background in marketing and corporate finance. After 22
years with the world's largest dental products manufacturer,
DENTSPLY, International, Inc., Mr. Liebscher joined the European
based IVOCLAR LIECHTENSTEIN and led their entry into North America.
Kenneth retired as Vice President and currently is
President/Director of E.T.C. Industries, Inc., a domestic oil
and international mineral based public company and Director of
Belmont Resources, Inc., a resource based public company with oil
interests in Eastern Europe.

R.M. FREDERICK - CFO/Director

Brings 12 years experience in senior positions in the leasing,
finance and securities industries. She has a series 7 license and
most recently served as President of Churchill, a private oil and gas
investment company. Prior to this position she worked as a 401(K)
specialist at Oppenheimer.

JO LUCAS - COO (Pro-Tem)/Director

Jo started her 20 years of securities and executive management
experience with Kidder, Peabody Inc. In 1981, she moved to the
international banking and brokerage firm of Drexel Burnham
Lambert, Inc., which was subsequently acquired by Smith Barney,
Inc. and survived the acquisition by Travelers and their
purchase of Shearson Lehman Brothers. Since 1994, when Jo left
Smith Barney, Inc., she has served as an officer and director of
several private and public companies.

PATRICK F. CHARLES - Director

Pat's experience includes, 30 years of involvement in Public
offerings for merging companies and the development of cash for
expanding enterprises. His background includes operations
management with numerous private and public companies. Pat
specializes in mergers, acquisitions & corporate valuations.
His accomplishments include being national director of
legislation consulting services for Coopers and Lybrand. He
currently serves on the Board of Directors or the Board of
Advisors of several corporations. Mr. Charles holds a Bachelors
of Science Degree with honors from Seattle University and an
MBA from the University of Arizona.

DON WALKER- Advisor to the Board

Don has spent the better part of the past 30 years in public
accounting, banking and real estate development. He has been actively
involved in oil and gas since 1982 putting together financial
packages for mergers and acquisitions on the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Walker is a graduate of California Coast University and has a
B.S. Degree in Business Administration.
