The trend is my friend.... and when the tide turns against me, I might hop on the ride to the downside.

But I like the company, the sector, and the potential appeal of the company's story.

As for beating the fund managers, I agree. Just put the $$ in an S&P fund and you could do that. We don't disagree about the valuations of the market, but the difference is that I don't try to fight it. We are heading for a major crash of the stock market and after that, those with cash will be able to pick over the pummeled remains.

Jumper, you seem to be making the market an emotional and personal battle of fundamentals over technicals. Where you see sh*t, others see value, and a company which will have more demand for its stock.
And given the growing media attention being given the Y2K issue, I would suggest your fighting a rising tide.

This is business Jumper, pure and simple.

Lighten up a little.
