Good Evening David, The simple solution to this is that the governments need to allow big business to function without interference. It seems that if you are not doing well in your business and Microsoft or Philip Morris is your competitor, all you have to do is call the justice department and request anti trust violations. This is like asking big brother to play star chamber and tilt the outcome in your favor. It is not the role of big business or their share holders to have to fund big government spending. Any negative proceeding against Microsoft could play havoc with the entire technology expansion and dampen the GNP. My proposal is to back off and leave free enterprise alone. Best regards Frank
