Hello Mark: I just caught your post., usually an institutional following
on a stock will support prices. Most diamond stocks unless institutional support will not support prolonged advances. Most institutions hold 3 yrs.,, and most wont buy unless they see 3 yrs
performance in a stock. Most sustained advances will be led by
institutional investors., the less stock is floated the quicker the advance provided theyre stingy with there shares. That is a general
rule of thumb. It was evident in Abers early discoveries. Most of these
diamonds to have lasting price moves depend on institutional backing., and long term support. Institutional investors are usually considered strong hands. So I expect should the news warrant a significant move., it will be bolstered by fewer available shares., unless inisiders start dumping. Most small time investors or the man
on the street may move a stock in the short term., but the real money
people move the stock behind the scenes.
The small share float on the market is probably condusive to the amount of shares traded in the last six months., so all in all I would view the low share exchange as people sitting pat.
Didnt mean to but in Skelly but I just noticed the post., and put my
2 cents in.
Sincerely
George J. Tromp
