Was browsing Vickers Insider trading this afternoon. It appears that someone named PETRELLI, ANTHONY B. purchased 8418 shares last month.

Not sure who he is or how relevant that amount is in the overall scheme of things, but it was the only stock I saw during my browse of about 20 stocks that indicated ANY purchases by an insider during the past two months!

I'm willing to grasp at that as a positive sign.
