I use a cable modem provided by ComCast. I have noticed no change in efficiency over the past week or so.

I noticed, on another thread, someone pointed out what OJ said and when contradicted, he put in a program which "Pinged" (I think that's it, I have to check with the kid) the system and found out his ISP was dropping off packets.

So it was not SI, it was the local.
