James Dale Davidson and Lord William Rees-Mogg. The very same. Published by Agora, Inc. (410/234-0691). Both of them brilliant men. Tremendous geo-political insight and historical perspective. I've also picked up several winners from their recommendations. They haven't all gone up but, the ones that hit seem to hit hard. I believe Jersey was first recommended in the April '96 issue of Strategic Investment. Don't have it here but could possibly get my hands on it.
