That's funny, I gained a million pounds when I got married. My mom is from Ireland. Mom could not make steam. She would put steak in the icebox until it turned blue and then cook it until it turned black.

So food is a delight to me. Anyway, 'll check in when I next go to ChiTown. Probably late August, it looks like.
