I live in Silicon Valley and thought I'd relate a recent newspaper item about Apple. It wasn't very positive! It presented the following quote: "An eroding tech business is an oxymoron. It doesn't stay in business long." It documented Apple's eroding market share and gross sales as well as its loss (both through layoffs and departures) of its internal talent.

It made me think that Apple's recent profits may just be an anomaly. How can it compete with the wealth of talent and money of a Microsoft with Apple's eroding business and market share (as the quote eludes to).

I bought at a nice low price at the end of the year and I'm starting to think maybe its time to take my profits and run while the gettings good! Anyone have some really good reasons why I should change my mind?

Thanks,

Rich
