To All:

I have been in this stock since September so I was averaged pretty high, however I was lucky enough to have to have bought more when it went down to .12 so now I'm comfortably sitting at a .35 average. Anyway, there are two things I would like to discuss:

1. I hope that every news release MDIN does from now on, especially the forthcoming production announcements, has a mention of the status of the Dayton lawsuit in it. Why, just because of getting the symbol DAY in there on the news release. Exposure, it is vital, this way every investor who monitors Dayton stock will be sent the MDIN news releases, and lets face it , right now there are a Multitude more Dayton investors than MDIN. Dayton the company may hate MDIN's guts but investors I believe will go wherever profits are! I am sure MDIN management realizes this but maybe one of you who speak to them regularly can mention this just to make sure.

2. Why does everyone assume that a name change will force all shorts to cover, are we sure about this? It is my understanding that when a name change occurs, new stock with a new symbol needs to be issued to all holders of the old stock. If the old stock in your account was created by a Market Maker (MM) naked shorting, what is to prevent them from naked shorting the new stock as well and giving it to you. Why do you assume that the MM has to cover the old stock first before issuing the new stock. I am beginning to think the only way to bust a short is to request more certs than available, or to move to a new more regulated Exchange. Please let me know if I'm wrong about this.
