Jesse, I think that last week's press release from Marum was encouraging, especially when Ashton's 27 January, 1997, release is considered. If you don't recall, here's the pertinent passage:

After penetrating 34 metres (113 feet) of glacial sediments the first diamond drill hole on anomoly 7B passed into olivine-dominated fragmental and tuffaceous material displaying possible crater and diatreme facies textures.

Do you think it would be wrong to infer Marum's pyroclastics and green stuff are "olivine dominated fragmental and tuffaceous material," or just wishful thinking?
