I really don't use any hard stops to sell. Once I buy a stock through Pitbull I follow it maybe twice a week and of course on Saturdays IBD. I do some research on the stock and sort of get a feel for it. As long as IBD lists its EPS pretty high and they dont start to decline every week, I keep it. I also watch the RS, if it really tumbles then I may decide to sell. Else, I'm pretty much a buy and hold person for a couple months. OF course if the price starts to drop I also sell, but I also look at why the price drops. If the overall market drops and my stock is also dropping, but EPS and RS are steady, I probably would keep the stock.
