Vartan/Multi-Corp

As you're checking into Multi-Corp, see if you can get a handle on projected
earnings for 1996. Company is supposed to be coming out of developement
stage and one forecast I saw was $.40 to $.50.

Also worth mentioning, this is not a one dimensional company. However,
the Chinese/English translation products are the driving force behind price
movement.

Can you imagine how explosive this can be. About a month ago, Wall Street
Journal had front page article about Motorola & Apple attempting to penetrate
Asia market but major stumbling block was keyboard. Multi-Corp was only
other company mentioned in article. Word is Multi-Corp turned down agreement
with Motorola because they felt deal wasn't in their best interest.

I can visualize major software & hardware players coming on the scene with
licensing. After you contact the company, let me have first impression,
including earnings comment.
