Ed - effect on price is very relevant when a financing is done ---- i.e. dilution of current shareholders.

IMO when a company raises at .22 then to raise $880,000 there is a dilution of 4 million shares and likely 4 million warrants therefore an extra 8 million shares out.

In Pallaum's case if they raise an additional 880,000 at say $1 that is only an extra 1.6 million shares out total.

One scenario is much better for shareholders than the other.
